Our white-glove team transports and installs all furnishings and decor items for our favorite part—the final reveal. We go through our final punch list and remedy any items that need attention post-install.
INSTALLATION & REVEAL

During this phase we place and track all orders for the project, initiate any needed construction or renovation, and oversee receipt and storage of furnishings and decor items. We carry out several site visits during this phase as well.
PROCUREMENT

Our signature "This or That" conceptual design meeting kicks off this phase, followed by sourcing, preparation, and presentation of the Design Plan. We implement refinements, receive final approval, and create a GC binder, as needed for renovation projects.
DEVELOPMENT
02.
After our virtual Meet & Greet, we'll schedule an in-person visit. Then, we prepare the project Scope of Work and budget, and upon acceptance, kick off the project and schedule our initial client interviews.
