Investment & Pricing

The investment to work with an interior designer varies based on the scope of your project—whether it’s furnishings, renovation, new construction, or a combination of services.

During your discovery call, we take the time to understand your home, your goals, and how you want your space to function. From there, we recommend the most appropriate service and walk you through the pricing structure in detail.

As a general guideline, clients typically invest between $2,000–$12,000 per room in interior design fees, depending on the level of service and complexity. This does not include furnishings or construction costs.

Because every project is highly tailored, accurate pricing is provided after we define the full scope together.

We offer a range of interior design services to meet different project needs, with the following minimums (design fees only):

Full Service Interior Design at Rebekah Nicole Interiors: starting at $7,200 per project
Full Service Lite at Rebekah Nicole Interiors: starting at $5,200 per project
À La Carte Interior Design (Consulting): starting at $2,000 per project

These minimums allow us to deliver a thoughtful, well-executed design process that reflects the level of detail and care our clients expect.

For full-service interior design projects, we recommend budgeting $90+ per square foot for furnishings or renovation.
This range allows for quality materials, thoughtful sourcing, and a cohesive result that feels complete—not pieced together over time.

Final investment will vary based on:
  • Scope of work (furnishings vs renovation vs both)
  • Size of the space
  • Level of customization and finishes

We guide you through these decisions early so expectations are clear and aligned from the start.

Your interior design fee covers the expertise, strategy, and time required to guide your project from concept through completion using our structured process.

This includes:
  • Space planning and layout development
  • Sourcing furnishings, materials, and finishes
  • Creating a cohesive, fully developed design vision
  • Managing selections, revisions, and design decisions
  • Coordinating with trades (for renovation projects)
  • Overseeing procurement and installation details

The overall project cost includes furnishings, materials, construction, and labor, which are separate from design fees.

Our role is to ensure every dollar you invest is intentional—helping you avoid costly mistakes, save time, and achieve a home that functions beautifully and feels deeply aligned with your life.

Services & Project Types

We take on full-home and partial-home interior design projects, including furnishing, renovation, and new construction planning.

Our work is best suited for clients looking for a cohesive, elevated result—whether that’s transforming a single space or creating continuity throughout the entire home.

We offer a range of interior design services depending on your needs:

This allows you to choose the level of support that best fits your project and lifestyle.

Both—and often a combination of the two.

Whether you’re updating finishes, reworking layouts, or furnishing a completed space, we ensure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and aligned with your home.

We primarily serve clients locally throughout Denton and the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Greenway Parks, Lakewood, Frisco, Bent Tree, and Flower Mound.

Our Full Service Interior Design at Rebekah Nicole Interiors, Full Service Lite at Rebekah Nicole Interiors, and À La Carte services are reserved for these local projects, allowing us to be hands-on throughout the design and implementation process.

For clients outside of this region, we offer virtual furnishing packages, which are priced by the square foot and provide a clear, guided interior design plan tailored to your space.

A home renovation refers to the transformation and refinement of an existing space through changes to its structure, layout, or finishes. This can range from a partial renovation to a full gut renovation, where the space is taken down to its framework and rebuilt.

A cosmetic update enhances the look of a space without altering its structure.

Examples include:
  • Paint
  • Wallpaper
  • Trim or molding
  • Built-ins

Furnishing is the final layer of interior design that completes a space.

It includes:
  • Furniture
  • Lighting
  • Rugs
  • Textiles and accessories

This is what transforms a space into a home.

Our Process

Our full-service interior design projects follow a structured 16-step process across four phases:

01. Research
We take the time to understand your lifestyle, needs, and vision while developing a clear plan for your project.

02. Development
We source and curate furnishings and materials, presenting a complete, cohesive design with samples and detailed selections.

03. Procurement
We handle ordering, tracking, receiving, and inspecting all items—managing the details behind the scenes to ensure everything arrives correctly and ready for installation.

04. Installation
We oversee final placement and styling, coordinating every detail before welcoming you home to a fully realized space.

This process is designed to feel seamless, organized, and deeply considered from beginning to end.

Once your inquiry is submitted, we review your project details to ensure it’s a strong fit.

If aligned, you’ll receive a link to schedule a discovery call, where we will:
  • Discuss your project at a high level
  • Identify your needs and priorities
  • Recommend the best interior design service for you
  • Outline next steps

This ensures we move forward with clarity and intention.

Most interior design projects take 4–12 months, depending on the scope and complexity.

Factors that influence timeline include:
  • Size of the project
  • Level of renovation involved
  • Custom furniture and material lead times

We set realistic expectations upfront and guide the process to keep everything moving efficiently.

That’s entirely up to you. Some clients prefer a more hands-off experience, making decisions during scheduled design meetings. Others enjoy being more involved along the way.

Our role is to manage the complexity behind the scenes—so your involvement feels clear, efficient, and never overwhelming.

We handle the details so you can focus on the parts of the process that are actually enjoyable.

Project Management

For full-service furnishing projects, we handle the full procurement process—ordering, tracking, receiving, inspecting, and preparing all items for installation.

For renovation projects, materials are typically ordered through the general contractor, as they are responsible for installation and often include materials within their bid.

While we do not manage construction, we serve as a design liaison during implementation—ensuring our design intent is executed properly and helping bridge communication between you and your contractor.

We work closely with a network of trusted trades and contractors.

For smaller-scope interior projects, we can coordinate and subcontract services such as painting or wallpaper.

For larger-scale renovations, we require that you hire a licensed general contractor under a separate agreement to ensure proper project management and construction oversight.

We collaborate closely with your contractor to maintain design integrity throughout the project.

Our interior design process is intentionally structured to minimize this.

During early phases, we take the time to understand your preferences in depth and present a fully cohesive design direction, rather than isolated options.

Each project includes a set number of revisions per room. If revisions exceed that scope, additional time is billed accordingly.

Yes—though extensive revisions are uncommon due to the level of clarity established upfront.

If changes are requested due to a shift in preference, they are handled as a change order and billed accordingly.

If a product becomes unavailable, we will source a suitable replacement to maintain the overall design vision.
Our work is rooted in a balance of structure and flexibility. While every project follows a clear, proven process, the outcome is never one-size-fits-all. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, your preferences, and how you want your home to feel—then translate that into a design that is both personal and elevated.

A defining part of our approach is creating homes that feel complete, cohesive, and well-resolved—where each room flows naturally into the next while still maintaining its own character and purpose. We thoughtfully align the interior design with the home’s architectural style, ensuring the result feels timeless and intentional.

You’ll often see us layer the unexpected—pairing contrasting elements and incorporating meaningful pieces to create spaces that feel collected rather than overly curated. Every piece serves a purpose, whether functional or meaningful.

We design homes to be lived in and welcomed into—never overly formal or untouchable. The result is a space that feels refined, inviting, and deeply yours.

Many clients come to us after trying to manage their own home design or renovation—only to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or disappointed with the outcome.

An interior designer brings:
  • Access to trade-only resources and custom furnishings
  • Expertise in layout, scale, materials, and cohesion
  • Efficiency in decision-making and execution
  • Clarity that prevents costly mistakes

More importantly, the right designer transforms the experience. Instead of managing countless details, you’re guided through a structured, thoughtful process that results in a home that feels complete, intentional, and aligned with your life.
