Project Summary: Our client approached us with a dining room that was in dire need of a makeover. They were unsure of where to begin and wanted a design that would harmonize with the rest of their modern home. During the consultation, we learned that the clients frequently hosted dinner parties and needed seating for 10. They also had a wine fridge that needed to be incorporated into the design.
We pushed the clients to make decisions they wouldn’t normally make, including a coffered ceiling application that became a focal point of the room. We also created a stunning walnut and marble wine fridge buffet that provided ample storage for their wine collection. To set the mood for cozy, elegant dinners, we added brass sconces as accent lighting in addition to ambient lighting. The cool blue color palette and soft linen curtains helped to keep the room light and airy.
The end result is a dining room that not only meets the clients’ needs but also exceeds their expectations. It is a beautiful and functional space that seamlessly blends with the rest of their home.
